Return and Repair

For returns and repair, please follow these directions carefully for your return or exchange:

1.) Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by contacting sales@uwelding.com.au or by downloading it online:https://www.uwelding.com/purchase-guide/warranty/

 

2.) When you are ready to ship back your machine, carefully package the product with sufficient cushioning and protection. Send your product back to Lotos (to the address indicated on the RMA form) using your choice of carrier service (Fastway And Tnt…etc.)

3.) You must also purchase a Lotos Return Shipping Label –

http://uwelding.com/store/return-repair/ (find the shipping label matching your machine model).

This fee includes the return shipping cost back to you as well as the handling fee. WE ARE NOT responsible for any shipping fees (other than shipping fees or returns within the 30 DAY Return Policy period).

ATTENTION: WE USE OUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING LABELS. ANY OTHER LABELS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

 

4.) Your return/exchange will be processed within 10 business days and we will inform you by e-mail or phone when your machine is on the way. For any inquiries please contact us by e-mail: sales@lotostechnology.com.au or by phone:0423253268:
