IMPORTANT:

Effective May 1st, 2014, Lotos Technology’s product warranty terms is revised as the following :

Lotos Technology warrants that all equipment sold by our company, unless otherwise specifically stated, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of shipment. Such warranty shall not apply in any event to failure or defects in materials due to normal wear and tear, failure to perform recommended or customary maintenance procedures, exposure to detrimental elements, improper or extended storage, or corrosion, and shall not extend to any person or entity other than the customer.

After shipment, product is returnable for a refund within 30 days of shipment. Lotos Technology reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of product returned. Original shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
